The agreement between you and Goldbet for use of our services.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Italy (or a jurisdiction where Goldbet is legally accessible) to use our services. Accounts are restricted to jurisdictions where online gambling is lawful. You are responsible for ensuring gambling is legal in your country of residence.
Each player may hold only one Goldbet account. You must provide accurate registration information including a valid Italian codice fiscale where required, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and winnings forfeited under ADM rules.
Minimum deposit at Goldbet is €10. Withdrawals require prior identity verification (KYC) as mandated by ADM. Payouts are processed to the same method used to deposit where possible. Standard withdrawal timeframes are: e-wallets within 24 hours, PostePay 24-48 hours, cards 3-5 business days, bank transfers up to 5 business days. Goldbet reserves the right to request additional verification for any transaction.
All Goldbet bonuses are subject to wagering requirements published on the specific promotion page. Bonus abuse — including opposite betting, low-margin play or use of restricted games — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings. Bonus terms are considered part of these Terms.
You agree not to: use Goldbet if under 18; engage in collusion, cheating or exploitation of software errors; use bots, scripts or automated tools; abuse customer support; or provide false information. Breaches may result in account closure and referral to the ADM or Italian law enforcement.
Goldbet provides services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Italian law, our aggregate liability is limited to the balance of your account. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or missed opportunities.
Goldbet may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
